Abstract: The innovative self-assessment method SAB has been developed to help senior leader to become a total overview of their organization. SAB assure a fast, effective and total analyse of their organization. Not only areas of improvement and strengths can be visualized but also communication and information gaps. Our resource optimized method help to keep the focus on the implementation of improvement methods.
